This film has (understandably) been compared to 'Brokeback Mountain', but it's so so much more. Hanno Koffler is flawless in his role as Marc, who is seemingly in complete control of his life until he meets fellow police officer Kay (Max Riemelt). It has beautiful performances but a lot of really talented actors, and shows a new side to what could easily have seemed like a story that's been told too many times before. It's a wonderful morality tale about the complications of lies in with relationships I can't recommend it enough.
