This documentary film features the colorful life of  lesbian Dawn O'Donnell, touted as the instigator of the thriving gay scene in Sydney as evidenced by the gay and lesbian clubs and drag shows she established.  However, while she may be popular for such a feat, O'Donnell has also been hounded by stories that she's an arsonist due to some of the businesses that she owned that burned down. Watching the film also takes viewers to some kind of a joyride down memory lane, dating from the '50s era and the black and white photos of young O'Donnell were a sight to behold. Interesting and worth checking out!
