Close Synopsis

12 year-old Charlie lives with his distant figure of a father, his parents having recently divorced. On the week of Charlie's 13th birthday he discovers his father dead in bed. Shocked, Charlie keeps the body a secret. He discovers then his father's vibrant and exciting past life; the hidden memories that have been forgotten in time and begins to feel closer to his father.

Parents are always a mystery to their children and vise versa. Sometimes it’s hard to balance being a parent and person at the same time. In the film, Charlie only knew his father after his death and became harder for him to let go. He found out that his father was cool. It is a parody, Charlie became close to his father after his death.
