Sharice Bryant is an African-American writer and director from Ann Arbor Michigan. Sharice has her Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Broadcast Production Technology from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, Florida, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in Filmmaking from the New York Film Academy in Los Angeles, California. Sharice was born May 28th, 1989 in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Sharice has always had a special love for writing poems, short stories and novels. During her senior year in high school, Sharice took a film class where she instantly fell in love with the making of films. While pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree at Bethune-Cookman University, Sharice studied television production, where she produced, wrote and directed the campus talk show "B-CU Today" for B-CU's television station WM&G TV. After much consideration prior to graduation, Sharice decided to get back to her love of film and explore the film industry by enrolling at the New York Film Academy for her Master of Fine Arts degree. Sharice has had her short film My Brother’s Keeper that she wrote, produced and directed, showcased in the short film corner at The Cannes Film Festival in April 2015 and participated in Indie Night Film Festival in Hollywood in June 2015. Sharice is currently serving in the independent filmmaking world in Los Angeles as a director, producer, writer and script supervisor. She is currently working as a social media researcher for a start up company and serves as an authoress for Jessica Watkins Presents publishing company.
